New Neighbor – 715 Club

We welcome the 715 Club to the neighborhood.

Located right across the street (26th Avenue) is the historic 715 Club that has been renovated, revived, and renewed into a spacious dive bar. New owners, Sudhir Kudva, Corey Costello, and Michael Reilly won the bid for leasing the space from the Bean Foundation with a much anticipated opening this past Thursday. You’ll notice the historic illuminated 715 sign on the exterior.
